Dr. Nabeel Mohamed T P is a dynamic orthopaedic surgeon with more than 17 years of experience. His focus is incorporating modern techniques and breakthroughs into clinical practice to provide the greatest results for his patients.

Dr. Nabeel graduated with his MBBS from the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in Bangalore, which is affiliated with Yenepoya Medical College in Mangalore. Later, he received his MS in Orthopaedics from the same college. He attended the Amrita Institute of Medical Science, Kochi, which is a part of Amrita University, Kochi, to pursue a Fellowship in Arthroscopy and Arthroplasty. Throughout his career, Dr. Nabeel has gained valuable experience in various healthcare settings. He served as a Resident in Orthopaedics at Yenepoya Medical College, Mangalore, from 2006 to 2009. Following that, he worked as an Orthopaedic Surgeon at Aster MIMS Hospital, Calicut, for six years, from 2010 to 2016. He then completed a one-year Fellowship in Arthroscopy and Arthroplasty at Amrita Institute of Medical Science, Cochin, in 2017. Subsequently, he joined Star Care Hospital, Kozhikode, as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specializing in arthroplasty and arthroscopy, where he worked for two years from 2017 to 2019. Currently, he serves as a Senior Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon at Meitra Hospital, Kozhikode, specializing in arthroplasty and arthroscopy. Dr. Nabeel possesses a wide range of expertise in orthopaedic care. His areas of specialization include accident and trauma care, primary and revision hip, knee, and shoulder replacements, unicondylar knee replacement, computer-navigated knee and hip replacement, robotic knee replacement using the Smith and Nephew CORI Surgical System, knee, shoulder, and hip arthroscopy, sports injuries, and cartilage preservation surgeries.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Nabeel has shown a keen interest in academia. During his postgraduate studies in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery from 2007 to 2010, he actively engaged in research, seminars, clinic-pathologic conferences, and case discussions. He also played a role in undergraduate training for MBBS and Physiotherapy students, involving bedside case discussions and clinical demonstrations. As a junior consultant at MIMS Calicut, he contributed to the training of DNB students. Furthermore, during his fellowship in the Arthroplasty and Arthroscopy division, he was involved in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students, sharing his knowledge and expertise in the field of orthopedics.
